My name is Steve Welton, an LCPC in the State of Illinois. For over 11 years I led the clinical auditing department for one of the largest health insurance companies in the United States. I oversaw the clinical auditing of 10's of thousands of behavioral health clinicians, groups, agencies, and facilities across all 50 States.
Now I'm here to work on your side.
Working with you as your partner, I use my unique experience in the insurance audit and business world, as well as my experience as a practicing clinician, to help you strengthen your clinical documentation and your organizational direction while supporting the way you already work.
