Mastering Behavioral Health Clinical Documentation
Mastering Behavioral Health Clinical Documentation
Welcome to the Mastering Behavioral Health Clinical Documentation Classroom
One of the most important parts of running your clinical practice, especially if you accept payment from health insurance companies, is understanding the critical elements of treatment record documentation. It is a topic rarely taught in graduate school, and only sometimes covered at our first jobs under supervision. Yet understanding an effective approach can make a huge difference in managing our practice.
The Mastering Behavioral Health Clinical Documentation course is a fifteen part training course, covering all of the major elements from Assessment, to Treatment Planning, through to Progress Note Documentation. It also covers some of the more important elements of understanding how Medical Necessity plays an important role.
